How long does shipping take?

Items stocked in US warehouses typically arrive in 3-8 days; items shipping from our supplier’s overseas warehouse typically arrive in 7-14 days. The product page says which is which. Windows are typical, not promises carved in stone.

How much is shipping?

Zero. Shipping inside the United States is free on everything, and the price on the tag is the whole price.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships, usually within 1-3 business days of ordering.

Do the heated jacket and vest come with a battery?

The bundle option includes a 10,000 mAh USB power bank. The jacket-only and vest-only options do not, which we say right on the product page. Any 5V/2A USB power bank you already own works.

How do sizes run?

Every sized product carries a size chart measured in inches. Measure something you own that fits and compare numbers; it beats guessing from a letter.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
